Glen Country House, near Kinsale, offers luxurious and exclusive bed & breakfast accommodation in one of the most scenic locations in West Cork, Ireland. The house was built in 1860, on a much older site overlooking gorgeous Courtmacsherry Bay, with views of the Atlantic Ocean.
The house is in a mature parkland setting which sweeps down to the sea and is all part of a 300 acre working farm. The Scott family have farmed this land for over 350 years. Present owners, Diana & Guy, recently renovated the house to a luxurious standard.
Glen Country House is perfectly located to enable guests to explore West Cork. We are just 45 minutes from Cork Airport and the Cork-Swansea ferry terminal. Places such as Glandore, Baltimore, Bantry or Glengarriff make ideal day excursions. For those who enjoy good food the area offers many excellent restaurants.
